About the Role:
As a seasoned professional, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expansion in your designated region. This role involves managing key accounts, onboarding new clients, training, performance tracking, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop strong B2B relationships with educational institutions to ensure consistent engagement and smooth communication
- Create strategies to onboard new clients and drive sustainable growth
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts
- Lead the onboarding process of new educational institutions
- Provide necessary training and support to clients
- Analyze growth metrics to ensure goals are met
- Share timely updates with internal teams and clients
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in account management, preferably in EdTech or portal promotion
- Prior experience in managing B2B accounts, especially within the education sector
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Strong ability to build relationships and manage accounts effectively
- In-depth knowledge of the EdTech industry and familiarity with CRM tools
- A result-driven mindset with a passion for growth
