Customer Acquisition Strategist

We are looking for an experienced Customer Retention Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer-facing sales roles, preferably with experience in using CRM tools like Salesforce.
This is a long-term contract position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
- The selected candidate will be responsible for calling existing customers to motivate them to renew their licenses.
- They will work closely with the Value Added Distributor's (VAD) team to ensure seamless transaction support.
- A good proportion of the calls will be follow-ups on customers whose licenses are expired within a quarter.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in customer-facing sales or business development roles.
- Strong communication skills in English and knowledge of multiple Indian languages is a plus.
