We are seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals to join our team at The Wedding Company, specializing in high Average Selling Price (ASP) wedding services.

Job Summary:

We are looking for individuals who can cultivate relationships with potential clients, and close sales for our premium wedding services, against a token booking amount. As a key member of our team, your primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets while providing exceptional customer service to ensure a memorable and stress-free experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Sales and Consultations: Conduct thorough consultations with prospective clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget constraints.
  • Presentation and Promotion: Present and promote our high ASP wedding services in a compelling and persuasive manner to showcase their unique value proposition.
  • Proposal Development: Develop customized proposals and quotations working in close coordination with expert wedding planners based on clients' requirements and budget considerations.
  • Closing Deals: Convince clients to close sales and secure bookings for wedding services against a pre-decided token amount for booking.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with internal teams, including event planners, vendors, and support staff, to ensure a good sales pitch which will bring the conversion percentage to industry-leading standards.
  • Sales Tracking: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress towards sales targets using CRM software.
  • Industry Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Client Support: Provide ongoing support and follow-up to clients throughout the wedding planning process to address any concerns and ensure satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Sales Flair: A flair for sales.
  • Client Handling: Ability to handle clients with confidence.
  • Experience: Fresher or 0-1 year of experience, with a go-getter attitude.
  • Wedding Knowledge: Develop strong knowledge of wedding services, trends, and vendors to effectively advise and guide clients.
  • Independence and Time Management: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, result-oriented startup environment.
  • Results-Oriented Mindset: Results-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

What We Offer:
