Job Title: Category Sourcing Manager

As a key player in our marketing category management for the Asia Pacific region, you will have a significant impact on driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sourcing strategies for marketing categories, including media, communications, public relations, creative services, events, and digital engagement.
  • Manage vendor selection, development, and management of strategic supplier relationships.
  • Lead contract negotiations and leverage global contracts to drive value.
  • Stay up-to-date with company processes, strategies, and industry trends.
  • Build and maintain strong working-level supplier relationships and conduct performance management.

Requirements:

  • 8-10 years of relevant sourcing and procurement experience, with expertise in marketing services, media, creative services, and marketing insights.
  • Strong entrepreneurial skills, energy, and exceptional execution capabilities.
  • Collaboration and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally and generate impact and results through others.
  • Analytical and data-driven, with excellent Excel skills and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, with additional languages a plus.
