We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the human resources and office administration functions. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing HR operations, compliance, and office administration.
The successful candidate will oversee office facilities, cleanliness, security, supplies, internet, and IT systems. They will also be responsible for coordinating staff transportation, travel itineraries, and hotel arrangements for employees and guests.

Key Responsibilities:- HR Management
- Manage employee lifecycle, from recruitment to onboarding, and ensure compliance with labor laws.
- Maintain accurate records of employees, including ID proofs, joining documents, experience letters, etc.
- Coordinate training sessions, support appraisal cycles, and ensure updates in the Performance Management System (PMS).
- Office Administration
- Oversee daily office operations, including maintenance, utilities, and supplies.
- Ensure the office is safe, secure, and fully operational.
- Bachelor's / Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 5-10 years of experience in HR & Admin roles, preferably in manufacturing, railways, automotive, or industrial sectors.
