Are you an accomplished sourcing professional who excels in high-volume IT hiring and possesses the skills to identify top IT Infrastructure talent? We're seeking a Talent Sourcing Expert to drive our fast-paced IT Infrastructure recruitment efforts.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead end-to-end sourcing for large-scale IT Infrastructure roles
- Utilize job boards, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and innovative sourcing strategies to engage passive talent
- Develop strong pipelines for current and future hiring needs within the IT services landscape
- Collaborate closely with recruiters and hiring managers to understand role priorities and deliver on aggressive timelines
- Screen candidates for relevant skills, cultural fit, and compensation alignment
- Monitor, analyze, and improve sourcing performance using data and insights
- 5+ years of experience in talent sourcing, specifically in IT Infrastructure hiring
- Proven ability to manage high-volume mandates and tight turnarounds
- Mastery of Boolean search and hands-on experience with ATS, sourcing tools, and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Prior experience in IT services, software as a service (SaaS), or tech recruitment is advantageous
