Job Description

As a seasoned IT Operations Management (ITOM) professional, you will oversee the end-to-end management of enterprise IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless service availability and operational excellence.

This role involves leading a team in monitoring systems performance, ensuring compliance with governance frameworks, and driving efficiency through automation and best practices.

  • Manage IT infrastructure operations, including servers, networks, storage, and cloud environments.
  • Oversee incident, problem, change, and event management processes aligned with ITIL frameworks.
  • Utilize ITOM platforms to monitor and optimize system performance.
  • Develop and implement operational dashboards, KPIs, and compliance reports.
  • Automate recurring operational tasks to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Collaborate with security, applications, and business teams to ensure resilient IT services.
  2. Conduct root cause analysis for critical incidents and implement corrective actions.
  3. Train and mentor graduate trainees and junior staff on ITOM practices, tools, and governance.
  4. Drive continual improvement initiatives within IT operations to align with organizational strategy.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITOM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC, SolarWinds).
  • Cloud infrastructure operations experience.
  • IT governance standards knowledge.
  • Experience mentoring and developing junior staff and fresh graduates.
