Job Title: Contract Professional

  • We are seeking a skilled Contract Professional to handle various legal tasks, including drafting and reviewing NDAs, SOWs, Amendments, and Change Requests using designated tools.
  • The ideal candidate will have strong contract management skills, excellent communication abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • The successful applicant will be responsible for gathering inputs from stakeholders, clarifying requirements, and ensuring alignment on contractual terms. They will also secure necessary approvals from cross-functional teams and ensure timely completion to prevent execution delays.
  • In addition, the Contract Professional will maintain internal trackers and databases to reflect contract status, key milestones, and changes. They will ensure all documentation complies with internal processes and regulatory standards.
  • Key Qualifications:
    • Education: LLB (Bachelor of Law)
    • Experience: relevant contract experience preferred
    • Skills: Contract Management, stakeholder management, communication, and tool proficiency.
