Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator

About the Role:

The Contracts Administrator position is comprised of either a Deal Specialist or a Deal Manager role, working in a multicultural environment across multiple countries and lines of business. The job requires strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with various stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Create, validate, and process contract documentation using Oracle's standard templates.
  2. Work closely with Deal Management teams, Finance, Legal, and other groups to ensure policy compliance and mitigate corporate risk.
  3. Liaise with Sales and other functional stakeholders to reach agreement on contracting terms.
Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience drafting standard contractual documents & stakeholder management.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and time management skills.
  • Proficient in Email, MS Word, and Excel.
  • Able to work under time-critical deadlines.
  • Demonstrates resilience in times of change and uncertainty.
  • Excellent customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of Oracle policies and procedures desired.
