Job Title: Contract Management Professional

The role of Contract Management Professional is pivotal in ensuring the seamless execution of global SaaS agreements. The successful candidate will oversee the entire contract-to-invoice lifecycle, guaranteeing compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning, and legal requirements.

About the Role:
This professional will lead the implementation of contracts and be responsible for managing the invoicing function to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing. They will also serve as the Finance Point of Contact (POC) for cross-functional projects, participating in project scoping, success definition, and UAT closure.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contract Lifecycle Management: Oversee the entire contract-to-invoice lifecycle, ensuring compliance with company policies, revenue recognition standards, service provisioning, and legal requirements.
  • Lead Contract Implementation: Lead the implementation of contracts, ensuring that all contractual terms are met and that the contract complies with finance policies, revenue recognition rules, service provision, and audit requirements.
  • Manage Invoicing Function: Manage the invoicing function to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant customer billing.
  • Finance POC: Serve as the Finance POC for cross-functional projects, participating in project scoping, success definition, and UAT closure.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business; MBA is a plus.
  • 10–14 years of experience in finance, contracts management, invoicing, or revenue assurance in SaaS/B2B.
  • 2–3 years of experience leading contracts/invoicing/finance operations teams.
  • Prior exposure to cross-functional project delivery and system implementations is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of SaaS contracts, invoicing workflows, revenue recognition, and compliance frameworks.
  • Hands-on expertise in Salesforce CRM, CLM systems, and ERP/Finance platforms (Oracle, SAP, etc.).
  • Proficiency in UAT/project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Agile).
  • Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
