Key Responsibilities:
  • Drafting, reviewing and negotiating IT, ITES and Technology Contracts, Agreements and legal documentation
  • Reviewing and negotiating Master Service Agreements, EPC, Turnkey contracts, Professional Service Agreements, NDAs and Procurement Agreement
  • Managing government tenders, Bid proposals, RFI, RFP and EOIs, as well as handling contracts with OEMs, Service Providers, Sub Contractors – Software license, Hardware, Cloud, SaaS, AI and Manpower etc.
  • Communicating and making contractual correspondence with clients and internal stakeholders, working on amendments or extensions of contracts, and ensuring compliance to contractual obligations
  • Responsible for safeguarding the company's interests in contractual matters and identifying and mitigating risks, liabilities and deviations

Strong communication skills and expertise in contract management, negotiation and drafting are essential for this role.
