Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Contract Specialist to manage the drafting, review, negotiation, and administration of contracts across the organization.

The ideal candidate will ensure that all agreements are legally sound, compliant with company policies, and aligned with business objectives.

This role acts as a bridge between legal, procurement, sales, and operations teams to minimize risks and maximize contract value.

  • Draft, review, and negotiate vendor agreements, customer contracts, service agreements, licensing agreements, NDAs, MSAs, and SOWs.
  • Ensure contracts are consistent with company policies, regulatory requirements, and risk management guidelines.
  • Highlight risks and propose contract modifications before execution.
Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining a central repository of all active and archived contracts.
  • Tracking contract lifecycle from creation to renewal/closure.
  • Monitoring contract performance, compliance, and obligations of all parties.
  • Partnering with sales, procurement, legal, finance, HR, and project teams to facilitate timely execution of contracts.
  • Acting as the first point of contact for internal teams regarding contract queries.
  • Supporting senior management with contract summaries, risk assessments, and recommendations.
