Job Responsibilities:
- Growth Strategy: We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and execute growth strategies for our B2B product, focusing on user acquisition, engagement, activation, and revenue growth.
- Collaboration: You will work closely with internal stakeholders to launch new features or products that support growth while optimizing user experience.
- Customer Satisfaction: Focus on improving customer satisfaction and experience from a product standpoint, ensuring we meet our customers' evolving needs.
Relationship Building:
- We need someone who can build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, payment service providers, and other strategic partners.
- You will be responsible for developing and maintaining customer-centric principles within the organization and with clients.
- Achieve Fast Closures: Understand customer needs and develop plans to address them efficiently, ensuring fast closures of deals.
- Key Staff Identification: Identify key staff in client companies to cultivate profitable relationships.
- M Market Trends: Gain knowledge of market trends, regulations, and competition to stay ahead in the industry.
Product Enablement:
- Build Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our products and offerings, creating business models and high-end decks for product pitches.
- Onboarding: Work with product, certification, tech, and other internal departments to onboard new prospects and existing players on our products.
- Project Management: Own and manage multiple onboarding and go-live projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery.
- Dashboards and Trackers: Prepare dashboards and trackers for management on a weekly and monthly basis, providing insights into project progress.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of payments and digital technologies.
- Experience in building and running payments products/platforms is an advantage.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills to achieve consensus and drive business objectives.
- Familiarity with AI capabilities and ability to leverage AI-driven insights/tools for business development and partner engagement.
