Job Title

The Group Finance Director will be a strategic leader responsible for overseeing the overall financial management of the organization, including strategy, reporting, compliance, risk management, and investor relations.

This position requires a business-savvy individual with strong leadership skills and deep expertise in corporate finance. The role involves working closely with executive leaders to ensure sound financial planning, resource allocation, and profitability.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Lead financial operations across group entities and global business units.
  • Develop and execute the company's financial strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, capital allocation, and consolidated financial reporting.
  • Oversee tax planning, regulatory compliance, and risk management frameworks.
  • Provide financial insights for M&A, partnerships, and investment decisions.
  • Build and lead a high-performing finance team.
  • Collaborate on long-term growth strategies with the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders, auditors, investors, and financial institutions.

Requirements:

  • Advanced finance qualifications, such as CA/CPA/CMA/MBA.
  • 12–15 years of progressive finance experience, with at least 5+ years in senior leadership.
  • Proven track record in corporate finance, international accounting, and strategic planning.
  • Strong knowledge of IFRS/GAAP, taxation, compliance, and risk management.
  • Experience in IT Consulting or Technology industry preferred.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
