Financial Planning and Analysis Leader

The Financial Planning and Analysis Leader plays a vital role in driving financial planning and analysis initiatives, responsible for translating complex business requirements into scalable solutions.

This position requires strong stakeholder engagement and client relations skills, with the ability to manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Translate complex financial planning and analysis business requirements into optimized solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor for clients, understanding their business goals and aligning deployment to support strategic outcomes.
  • Manage expectations, anticipate risks, and drive high client satisfaction and adoption.
  • Oversee project scope, timelines, and resource allocation.
  • Manages team workload and assignments for projects.
  • Ensure delivery meets quality standards and provides measurable ROI.
  • Contribute to the refinement of internal methodologies and tools.
Requirements:
  • 8 to 10 plus years of experience in FP&A or Accounting.
  • Minimum 5 years of hands-on implementation experience with Workday Adaptive Planning.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Skilled in configuration, scenario modeling, dashboards, reporting, and system integrations within Adaptive Planning.
  • Proven track record managing client relationships and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities; comfortable working across cultures and time zones.
  • Workday Adaptive Planning Certification (required).
  • Workday Financials Certification (preferred).
  • Workday Project Manager Certification (preferred).
