Job Title:

As a strategic financial leader, this role is pivotal in driving accurate financial records, timely reporting, and adherence to regulatory and corporate policies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual book closures efficiently.
  • Analyze financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) according to applicable accounting standards.
  • Ensure general ledger and sub-ledgers accuracy and integrity.
Audit Management
  • Lead statutory and internal audits, coordinating with external auditors, internal auditors, and stakeholders.
  • Implement corrective actions arising from audit findings.
Compliance & Governance
  • Ensure compliance with Companies Act, GST, Income Tax, TDS, and local laws.
  • Prepare and file required financial documents, returns, and reports with regulatory bodies.
Process Improvement & Automation
  • Develop, implement, and monitor internal controls for financial closure and process compliance.
  • Identify gaps in existing processes and drive automation and efficiency improvements.
  • Optimize time management through regular activity automation.
  • Ensure adherence to corporate policies and accounting principles.
  • Develop robust ERP systems and implement costing processes.
Budgeting & Forecasting Support
  • Assist the CFO in preparing annual budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
  • Analyze variances and provide insights for cost control and performance improvement.

Requirements:

Education & Experience:

  • CA / CPA / CMA certification.
  • 7–12 years of progressive experience in financial accounting, reporting, and audit coordination in manufacturing entities.
  • Experience in ERP systems is beneficial.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong technical knowledge of accounting principles and standards.
  • Excellent understanding of audit processes and regulatory compliance.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and analytical thinking.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
