Financial management is a critical component of business success.

Calfus seeks an experienced Finance Manager to lead our financial operations and drive growth. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in financial management, preferably in the technology services industry.

The successful candidate will oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling. They will analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities to optimize costs. The individual will provide actionable insights to support strategic decision-making and collaborate with leaders to establish benchmarks for assisting in pricing, contract structuring, and margin analysis for large deals.

The Finance Manager will also oversee day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and general ledger. They will spearhead month end, quarter end and year end activities including accruals & monthly analysis on the actuals vs provisions. The individual will ensure compliance with India, US and Canadian tax regulations and financial reporting standards including coordination with auditors for periodic and annual audits.

Additional responsibilities include monitoring and managing cash flow to ensure liquidity and operational efficiency. The individual will identify financial risks and implement mitigation strategies. They will lead and mentor the finance team to achieve organizational goals and foster a culture of continuous improvement and professional development.

On your first day, we'll expect you to have:

  • Chartered Accountant with 8+ years of experience in financial management.
  • Proficiency in financial software.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and detail orientation.
  • Ability to interpret data, generate and communicate insights.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
