Job Description:

The position of Chartered Accountant Manager exists to oversee strategic financial management, including supervising the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Indian accounting standards and taxation laws.

">Key Responsibilities:
  1. Strategic Financial Management: Supervise the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow).
  2. Treasury & Forex Management: Manage daily cash flow and optimal utilization of working capital.
  3. Taxation & Compliance: Ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory returns GST, TDS, PF, PT, ESIC, Advance Tax, and Income Tax.
  4. Audit & Risk Management: Ensure completion of Stock Audit, Statutory and GST audits within timelines.
  5. Banking & Documentation: Oversee preparation and review of CMA data, QIS reports, LC/Bank Guarantee documentation.
  6. Export/Import Finance: Oversee imports including BOEs, customs payments, and duty reconciliations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep knowledge of Indian accounting standards, taxation laws, and compliance regulations.
  • Proven experience in treasury operations and forex risk management.
  • Strong banking network and understanding of credit facilities, trade finance.
  • Ability to manage audits and ensure end-to-end financial hygiene.
  • Excellent leadership, analytical thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
