Job Title: Senior Design Leader

Job Description

As a senior design leader, you will be responsible for spearheading architectural and interior design projects from concept to completion. Your expertise in design leadership, client relationship management, and project execution will enable you to make significant contributions to our studio.

You will collaborate with our team in Sri Lanka to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery. Your ability to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and present design concepts will be essential in maintaining strong professional relationships.

Additionally, you will oversee site supervision, ensuring design quality and timely completion. Your coordination skills with consultants, contractors, and vendors will be crucial in delivering projects efficiently.

As a mentor and guide, you will lead junior designers/architects within the studio, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow professionally. You will also be responsible for business development and revenue generation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • A bachelor's/master's degree in architecture from a recognized institution
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in architecture and interior design projects
  • A strong portfolio showcasing design and execution capabilities
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Suite, and other relevant design software
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects independently
