Role Responsibilities

  • Promote and sell Molykote Specialty Lubricants to Automotive OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers
  • Identify customer needs and propose suitable technical solutions
  • Conduct product presentations, trials, and demonstrations
  • BUILD strong relationships with decision-makers and procurement teams
  • Support customers with documentation, samples, and post-sales services
  • Meet monthly sales targets and explore new business opportunities in the region

Candidate Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Automobile/Industrial Engineering
  • 3-10 years of experience in technical sales to automotive OEMs or Tier 1 suppliers
  • Strong knowledge of industrial zones
  • Existing contacts and network within the industry is a strong advantage
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and a solution-oriented mindset
  • Willingness to travel frequently within assigned regions
