Job Title: Smart Home Solutions Expert

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Smart Home Solutions Expert. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating new business prospects and sales conversions for home and office automation solutions.

About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work with leading architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, MEP consultants, and other key stakeholders in the industry. Your primary responsibility will be to build strong relationships with these professionals, identify their needs, and provide customized smart home solutions that meet their requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business prospects and sales conversions for home and office automation solutions
  • Create and build relationships with architects, interior designers, lighting consultants, MEP consultants, and other key stakeholders
  • Ensure client satisfaction by delivering high-quality solutions and providing excellent customer service
  • Share project details and progress with the technical team to ensure smooth handovers
  • Manage payments and ensure timely release as per the agreed payment stages

Requirements:

  • Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the home automation industry or related fields
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, Gujarati, and Hindi, with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Quick learner with a strong desire to continuously improve and develop skills
