Automotive Manufacturing Expert Job Opportunity

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in establishing, stabilizing, and optimizing manufacturing processes using modern manufacturing concepts to drive efficiency, quality, and innovation on the production shop floor.

Industry Specialization
  • MES capability assessment & formulation of functional architecture & requirements for optimal performance.
  • Strategic evaluation of MES platforms across various pillars including strategic, financial, and functional fitment.
  • Proficiency in MES tools such as Siemens, NEXEED, PTC, or Dassault is highly beneficial.
  • Identify areas for improvement, develop digital use cases, and implement strategies to enhance production efficiency, quality, and reduce costs.
  • Consult clients on automation, IoT, and data analytics in the manufacturing sector.
  • Knowledge of IOT platforms like Insights Hub, Azure, AWS etc is an added advantage.
  • Analyze production data, make informed decisions, and manage performance indicators using data analytics.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience creating and leading client proposals that effectively integrate capability and industry perspectives.
  • Thought leadership skills to demonstrate deep industry knowledge and innovation in manufacturing through POVs and assets.
  • Strong business development appetite with market movement scanning and growth opportunity creation.
  • Effective project management abilities with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in production management, business management, or a related field. A Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Preference given to candidates with an MBA from top-tier institutes.
  • Proven experience in Battery or EV OEM or consulting industry in Smart Plant vertical.
