**Job Title:** Sensor & Machine Vision Engineer

We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Sensor & Machine Vision Engineer. In this role, you will work on designing and developing smart AI + sensor systems that can be implemented in various industrial settings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in sensors, automation, or machine vision and will possess knowledge of laser triangulation, ultrasonic NDT, or machine vision systems. You should also be proficient in designing practical mechanical setups and comfortable with Python/OpenCV/DAQ basics and PLC connections.

A key requirement for this role is the ability to troubleshoot and iterate quickly when challenges arise. We value problem-solvers who care about what works, not just what looks good on paper.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Designing and prototyping with laser line profilers, displacement sensors, ultrasonic probes, and cameras
  • Supporting hardware selection and integration with DAQ tools, PLCs, and basic OpenCV scripts
  • Developing mounts and enclosures that can withstand heat, vibration, and factory grit
  • Troubleshooting and iterating quickly when challenges pop up
  • Helping with pilot deployments across customer sites

**Requirements:**

  • 3+ years of experience in sensors, automation, or machine vision
  • Knowledge of laser triangulation, ultrasonic NDT, or machine vision systems
  • Ability to design practical mechanical setups (mounts, fixtures, enclosures)
  • Comfortable with Python/OpenCV/DAQ basics and PLC connections
  • Willing to get hands dirty in high-heat/industrial environments
  • Based in India, with flexibility to travel for deployments
  • Available ~20 hrs/week (flexible schedule)
