Main Responsibilities
  • We engage with clients on a regular basis through phone calls, emails, or meetings to understand their requirements effectively.
  • We respond promptly to client inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • We conduct brainstorming sessions with internal teams and clients to provide optimal solutions.
  • We coordinate with creative teams for ongoing work, proofread, and cross-check assignments before sending them to clients.
  • We develop innovative strategies to engage clients and provide value-for-money experiences.
  • We foster strong client relationships by providing exceptional communication and prompt service.
  • We identify new business opportunities through client referrals.
  • We maintain accurate records of existing and potential clients and their contracts with the company.
  • We keep senior management updated and present when necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Candidates must be graduates from any discipline.
  • Prior experience in client servicing in advertising agencies is preferred.
  • Specific degrees such as MBA in Marketing or Advertising and communications or Media may be an added advantage.
