The role of a Relationship Manager-Supply Chain involves originating new business prospects through direct sourcing and open market channels.
Key responsibilities include acquiring customers, taking their proposals up to the stage of disbursement, and meeting existing customers to generate business opportunities and revenue.
Clients served are categorized into Emerging Business, Mid Corporate, and Large Corp with varying working capital facilities such as Overdraft, Cash credit, Dealer Finance, Vendor Finance, Letter of Credit, Bank Guarantee, Term Loan, etc., based on client needs.
Customer relationships are managed, addressing both service and sales queries with the objective of engaging and retaining customers.
New segments and trade verticals are identified for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the company.
New services are recommended and introduced to engage customers and generate fee income.
Acquisition of Emerging Corporate Profile customers and cross-selling other retail products are also key objectives.
Required Skills and QualificationsPost Graduate/Graduate in any discipline is required for this position.
