Job Title: Senior HR Manager

This role is critical to our organization's success, overseeing the human resources function and driving strategic initiatives to attract, retain, and develop talent.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Tactical planning and execution of recruitment strategies and hiring plans across various levels and channels.
  • Evaluating employment applications and background check reports for candidates in the final stages of selection.
  • Maintaining accurate records and position tracking tools for timely payroll processing.
  • Investigating new recruitment avenues as needed.
  • Collaborating with functional leaders on employee training needs and implementation.
  • Ensuring accurate attendance data for error-free payroll calculations.
  • Managing exit procedures, including documentation and interviews.
  • Facilitating performance evaluations, goal-setting, and feedback discussions.
  • Addressing employee grievances, conflicts, and issues.
  • Leading employee surveys to enhance participation and engagement.

Requirements:

  • A graduate degree and 5-7 years of experience in a similar HR role.
  • Strong recruiting skills, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing.
  • Familiarity with local labor laws and policies.
  • Knowledge of compensation best practices, including payroll, bonuses, and allowances.

Competencies:

  • Clear, professional communication skills in both written and verbal form.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Ability to work independently under pressure and manage time effectively.
  • High integrity, reliability, and ability to handle confidential information.
  • Action-oriented problem-solving skills with a focus on results.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively within diverse teams and independently.
