Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The role requires full-cycle ownership of hiring processes, effective stakeholder management, and the ability to deliver results within defined timelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage recruitment for assigned functions – sourcing, screening, interviewing, negotiating, and onboarding.
  • Partner with business leaders to understand hiring needs, role requirements, and market dynamics.
  • Develop and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through active sourcing, job boards, referrals, and networking.
  • Drive candidate engagement through structured communication and touchpoints to minimize drop-offs.
  • Track recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, cost per hire, source mix, conversion ratios) and present reports to leadership.
  • Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Contribute to employer branding initiatives and talent outreach campaigns.

Requirements

  • 4–6 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably in fast-paced or staffing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple mandates simultaneously with tight timelines.
  • Strong sourcing skills using social media, headhunting, and direct search.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently with accountability and deliver outcomes.
