  • Facilitate team-building activities and programs that reinforce a strong corporate culture.
HR Operations & Compliance Management
  • Oversee core HR functions such as employee records, policy updates, and benefits administration.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and regulations.
  • Handle employee relations with tact and fairness.
Performance Development & Growth
  • Support managers in implementing performance management processes (reviews, feedback, development plans).
  • Help design and roll out learning and development programs to enhance employee skills.
  • Identify leadership development opportunities to support internal promotion and succession planning.
Strategic HR Initiatives
  • Analyze HR metrics to identify trends and provide actionable insights to leadership.
  • Proactively identify HR-related issues and propose scalable solutions.
