Talent Acquisition Manager Role

We are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition professional to spearhead our volume hiring efforts in Visakhapatnam. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting a comprehensive talent strategy, including determining the ideal mix of skills and experience required for success.

  • Collaborate closely with business leaders to gain a deep understanding of their business objectives and talent needs.
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment plans to drive business outcomes.
  • Provide expert recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers.
  • Oversight of the entire recruitment process from approval to onboarding.
  • Promote strategic initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes.
  • Ensure seamless adherence to all aspects of the recruitment and selection process, including cost-effective sourcing and screening methods, interviewing protocol, assessment, background checks and offers.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Masters Degree or equivalent in education and relevant experience.
  • A minimum of 12+ years of direct experience in talent acquisition.
  • Proven expertise in managing teams and HR data systems.
  • Ability to operate independently and strategically.
