Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the Role

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a multifaceted position that encompasses recruitment, payroll management, employee relations, and HR documentation. This role requires an individual who can effectively manage end-to-end recruitment processes, ensure timely and accurate payroll processing, and maintain positive employee relationships.

Main Responsibilities
  • Recruitment & Onboarding
    • Manage job postings, screening, shortlisting, scheduling interviews, candidate coordination, and onboarding documentation to ensure seamless integration of new hires into the organization.
  • Payroll Processing
    • Accurately process monthly payroll, including salary calculations, PF, ESI deductions, reimbursements, and statutory compliance to maintain a transparent and fair compensation system.
  • Employee Relations & Administration
    • Effectively maintain employee records, attendance tracking, leave management, shift schedules, address employee queries, and support engagement activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • HR Documentation & Compliance
    • Prepare HR policies, letters, appointment, and relieving letters while ensuring labor law and company policy compliance to maintain a risk-free workplace.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience in HR with expertise in recruitment, payroll, and generalist functions.
  • Familiarity with payroll software (e.g., Tally, GreytHR).
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and attention to detail skills.
  • Graduate degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.
