Job Title

The Business Development Manager is a key role in leading the service delivery of our recruitment team. They will work closely with Account Directors to measure KPIs and build strong stakeholder relationships.

This role reports to the Associate Director / Account Director and assists in driving best practices across the recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be an ambassador for our brand at every interaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Bulk Hiring - Risk, Ops
  • Communicate the process and benefits of our solution to stakeholders, including changes in process, new initiatives/projects, and additional service offerings.
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity, improve compliance, and reduce risk.
  • Monitor the delivery of recruitment services in accordance with our 'Best Practice', ensuring seamless delivery between onsite and offshore resources.
  • Ensure the team is fully briefed on the contractual recruitment delivery process, including in-scope activities, SLAs, mandatory recruitment activity stages, and team responsibilities.
  • Develop an effective Talent Pool framework for all business units, including job segmentation, defined sourcing strategies, and an articulated engagement plan per role type.
  • Manage relationships with third-party service providers as assigned.
  • Represent client brands in the market to attract and retain talent, developing a reputation for recruitment best practice/employer of choice.
  • Monitor service delivery against contractual terms and manage out-of-scope service requests, providing support for proposal management where appropriate.
  • Recruit, induct, and train new team members where and when required.
  • Ensure effective performance optimization of all team members, setting KPIs, devising development plans, and providing mentoring as required.
