Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled professional to oversee influencer relationships and manage campaigns across various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Create and maintain a comprehensive database of influencers across multiple categories in India, including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
  • Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with existing and new influencers.
  • Negotiate commercial collaborations with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes.
  • Develop and deliver high-quality campaign reports using Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Coordinate expectations regarding quality and timely delivery from both influencers and the internal team.
  • Build a robust database of top influencers across categories in India.
  • Plan and execute effective marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or a related field.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with outstanding presentation-making abilities.
  • Digital-first mindset with a passion for the internet and digital media.
  • 6-12 months of experience in an agency environment.
  • Able to analyze trends and analytics from data.
  • Strategic problem-solving attitude.
  • Passionate about building successful collaborations with influencers.
