Job Role:

We are seeking a skilled Influencer Marketing Specialist to join our team. As an Influencer Marketing Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing and nurturing relationships with influencers to drive successful campaigns and partnerships.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • You will identify and onboard influencers across various social media platforms who resonate with our objectives.
  • You will build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, serving as the primary point of contact for all communication and coordination.
  • You will collaborate with account managers and clients to develop influencer marketing strategies that align with brand objectives, target audience, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • You will draft and negotiate contracts, agreements, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring all terms and conditions are met.
  • You will ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, including FTC guidelines, regarding influencer partnerships and sponsored content.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
  • You must have proven experience 1 year in influencer marketing, talent management, or related roles.
  • You must have a strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer ecosystems, and digital marketing trends.
  • You must have excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • You must be able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • You must have creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • You must have attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • You must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Experience with influencer marketing platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
