The Role

This role involves managing influencer collaborations and campaigns end-to-end to enhance brand visibility, build credibility, and drive growth on platforms like Instagram, YouTube, and beyond. Key Responsibilities include:

  • Building and executing influencer marketing strategies tailored to our beauty, skincare, & grooming categories.
  • Identifying, onboarding, and managing beauty, lifestyle, and wellness influencers/content creators.
  • Planning and running targeted campaigns around product launches, festive seasons, and ongoing brand initiatives.
  • Collaborating with brand & creative teams to design engaging influencer briefs and ensure brand alignment.
  • Negotiating contracts and ensuring timely deliverables.
  • Monitoring campaign performance, generating insights, and optimizing future initiatives.
  • Staying updated with trends in the beauty & personal care influencer space to keep us ahead of the curve.
  • Maintaining a structured influencer database with performance metrics.
