Job Title: L1 Support Engineer (Office 365)

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for IT support via various communication channels.
    • Provide basic troubleshooting for Microsoft 365 applications.
    • Support desktop environments, including Windows OS, device setup, drivers, and peripherals.
    • Assist with user account management in Azure AD/Office 365.

This role offers hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 and desktop support under the guidance of experienced IT engineers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
