Job Title

We are seeking a skilled Compensation Professional to join our team in a dynamic role that involves establishing relationships within the HR function and providing strategic support to the business.

This compensation expert will participate in surveys, analyzing data to determine the organization's competitive position. Key responsibilities include:

  • Designing and implementing global base salary and short-term variable compensation programs.
  • Monitoring market trends to ensure fair compensation for key talent.
  • Providing advice and support to the HR team on job evaluation and policy interpretation.
  • Reviewing job requests to determine target salary ranges based on scope and job attributes.

Qualifications include:

  • A degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • Certification in Compensation and/or Human Resources is a plus.
  • At least 8 years of compensation experience with 3 years of global experience in the US and India.
  • Working knowledge of country, federal and state regulations affecting broad-based benefits and retirement plans.
