Job Responsibilities:

  • Ensure timely and efficient cargo movement by effectively handling air export operations.
  • Coordinate with overseas agents and partners to execute shipments smoothly, maintaining open lines of communication throughout the process.
  • Establish strong relationships with shippers and clients, providing regular updates on shipment status to ensure transparency and trust.
  • Manage coordination with airlines and IATA agents to secure competitive rates for air shipments, including rate negotiation, booking cargo space, and planning shipments efficiently.
  • Maintain a strong network of contacts with airlines, IATA agents, and co-loaders to negotiate favorable rates and ensure seamless shipment execution.
  • Prepare and manage export documentation, including MAWB/HAWB, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Process billing for local shippers and overseas agents in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Prepare daily reports on air shipment status (DSR/MIS) and verify necessary export documentation before dispatching shipments.
  • Closely monitor and track shipments for all air export consignments to ensure prompt delivery and minimize delays.
  • Ensure post-shipment documentation is completed accurately and in compliance with requirements.
  • Coordinate customs clearance and shipment updates with Customs House Agents (CHA).
