Job Purpose

The Ground Transportation Manager will be responsible for overseeing the Ground Transportation Control Center (GTCC), a comprehensive electronic surveillance system for the entire landside, road safety, and security of all parking areas. This role will also be in charge of all GT planning, including traffic and parking, taking into account airport expansion and increased traffic. The manager will monitor the Department's Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Key Responsibilities

The Ground Transportation Manager will be responsible for introducing innovative technologies, such as electric vehicles, real-time car parking availability, and IT systems for scheduling and traffic flow management. This will help provide world-class ground transportation at the airport. In coordination with the Head of GT, the manager will project, prepare, and finalize the AOP for GTD and its effective monitoring. The manager will also be responsible for the effective functioning of the GTCC and taking proactive initiatives to improve ground transportation services.

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have experience in ground transportation management, with a strong understanding of traffic flow, parking management, and safety protocols. The candidate should also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
