We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Professional to provide exceptional support from home.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer and direct incoming calls in a professional and courteous manner.
- Manage company emails and forward inquiries to the appropriate department.
- Provide customer support and act as the first point of contact for clients and partners.
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Maintain records of communications and prepare daily call logs/reports.
- Support the HR, finance, and operations team with basic administrative tasks.
- Ensure smooth communication flow across departments.
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (English proficiency required).
- Pleasant and professional telephone voice.
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk associate, or customer service role preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and virtual communication tools (Zoom, MS Teams, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote environment.
- Reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home.
