Shifts: Rotational (6 Days Working)

Notice Period: Immediate to 15 Days

Experience Required: Minimum 1 Year

Salary: ₹14,000 Take-Home / ₹17,000 CTC per Month

Qualification: Any Degree (Diploma candidates are also eligible)

Interview Process

  • 1st Round: Virtual
  • 2nd Round: Face to face

Key Responsibilities

  • Operating System Support: Installation, recovery, and configuration of Windows OS across user devices.
  • Hardware Support: Assembling, upgrading, and troubleshooting hardware components including hard disk issues and powering-on problems.
  • Software Support: Installation, configuration, backup, and troubleshooting of standard applications including MS Outlook(PST C OST recovery).
  • Network Support:
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of static IP and public/private IP setups.
  • VPN setup and troubleshooting.
  • Installation and configuration of various types of printers, including network printers.
  • Security: BitLocker encryption, antivirus updates, virus protection, and endpoint security management.
  • Active Directory (AD) Management:
  • User account creation, password resets, and access control.
  • AD features and group policy updates.
  • Remote Support: Providing remote desktop assistance to resolve software and system issues.
  • Ticketing Tools: Experience working with ticketing systems for issue tracking and resolution.
  • Asset Management:
  • Coordinating with vendors for hardware issues.
  • Maintaining inventory records for hardware and software assets.
  • Performance Issues:Troubleshooting and resolving system slowness and blue screen (BSOD) issues.

Preferred Qualifications s Skills

  • Certifications: CCNA is an added advantage.
  • Technical Skills:
  • OS installation, recovery, and configuration
  • Troubleshooting hardware and slowness issues
  • MS Outlook support including PST and OST handling
  • AD user and group management
  • Basic networking, firewall configuration
  • Static IP, VPN, BitLocker, antivirus management
  • Network and local printer configuration
  • SCCM exposure (preferred)
  • Experience with ticketing tools
