
U.S. Remote Administrative Support Specialist

This role involves providing exceptional administrative support to our U.S.-based company through a professional and courteous phone presence.
Key responsibilities include answering and directing incoming calls, managing company emails, and providing customer support as the first point of contact for clients and partners.
The successful candidate will also schedule appointments, maintain records of communications, and prepare daily call logs/reports.
Additionally, they will support the HR, finance, and operations team with basic administrative tasks and ensure smooth communication flow across departments.
Requirements for this position include excellent verbal and written communication skills, a pleasant and professional telephone voice, and previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office and virtual communication tools such as Zoom and MS Teams.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a remote environment is required, along with a reliable internet connection and dedicated workspace at home.
