The role of a Customer Service Representative is to provide top-notch customer support and resolve queries in a timely manner. This includes handling inbound calls, emails, chats, and outbound calls with the aim of deepening relationships with existing customers and identifying new business opportunities.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to listen proactively, problem-solving skills, and the ability to handle work well and maintain quality.
Key responsibilities include up-selling company products to customers, building rapport in diverse workforce, and handling escalation cases by coordinating with product and operations teams.
We are looking for a highly skilled professional with a bachelor's degree, mandatory biology subject in 12th standard, 1-2 years' experience in tele-calling or voice process, and preferably experience in the health industry.
