About the Role- Provide comprehensive HR support across the employee lifecycle, engaging with internal and external partners.
- Lead an HR team to focus on critical human resource metrics, including recruitment, retention, engagement, learning, and compensation & benefits.
- Coach business leaders and managers to effectively lead their teams.
- Partner with leaders to identify key roles and talent, develop staffing plans, and implement talent management strategies.
- Oversee employee relations, labour concerns, and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Develop change management strategies and communication plans for major organizational transformations.
- Leverage HR data and analytics to inform executive leadership on workforce planning, talent metrics, and HR KPIs.
- A bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is typically required.
- Proven experience in senior HR leadership roles within complex organizations with a focus on business process management or related industries.
- Strong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations.
