Job Title: Employee Relations Associate

About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Manage employee relations issues, including investigating and resolving complaints and grievances
  2. Develop and implement strategies to promote a positive work environment and improve employee engagement
  3. Collaborate with management and employees to resolve conflicts and address performance issues
  4. Provide guidance and support to employees on company policies and procedures
  5. Conduct training sessions and workshops to enhance employee knowledge and skills

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in an employee relations role
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to think critically and strategically
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and other HR software applications
