Associate Sales Director

Job Description
As an Associate Director of Sales at Accor, you will play a key role in driving business growth and revenue increase through effective sales and marketing strategies. Your primary responsibilities will include coordinating sales operations with other departments, developing and maintaining business relations with customers, and ensuring the maintenance of customer databases.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales growth.
- Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of sales plans.
Requirements
- Minimum 7-8 years of relevant experience in sales and marketing.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
- Strong understanding of sales and marketing principles and practices.

Qualifications
- Diploma in Tourism, Hospitality Management, or MBA in Sales.
