Senior Director, Real World Data

Description:

The Senior Director (Real World Data) is a senior leadership position within our organization. This role involves owning and managing a significant body of work, as well as providing support to the RWD team for other parts of the organization.

Key responsibilities include leading a team of analysts who support the RFP process, providing guidance and oversight for consulting delivery work, building indication-specific data lakes, and team management and leadership.

Required skills and qualifications include proven leadership and subject matter expertise in RWD and clinical experience, a post-grad degree in clinical or bioinformatics, or a post-grad degree in CS, Math or equivalent with exposure of no less than 5-7 years in core data science algorithm development, at least 7-10 years of experience in leading teams that work in a globally distributed setup delivering consulting work predominantly Data Science and Data Engineering oriented, and total of 15-18 years of work experience with 80% or more of the most recent experience being in bioinformatics, biopharma, and LifeScience related domains.
