Job Role:
- Manage a team of 15 Customer Experience Specialists.
- Handle escalated customer issues and deliver high-quality service.
- Implement process improvements to increase efficiency and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve service delivery.
- Supervise a team of experienced professionals in a fast-paced customer service environment.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive team performance and improve customer satisfaction.
- Provide coaching and mentoring to help team members develop their skills and knowledge.
- Resolve complex customer issues through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- 3-4 years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the travel industry.
- Proven track record of managing and leading teams in a customer service environment.
- Strong technical knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo).
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with proficiency in CRM software.
