Main Responsibilities
- Phone Etiquette: Answering and directing calls in a professional and courteous manner
- Reception Duties: Greeting guests, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Clerical Skills: Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other office duties
Necessary Skills and Qualifications
- ID software knowledge and experience is mandatory
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is highly valued
