Job Overview

Main Responsibilities
  1. Phone Etiquette: Answering and directing calls in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Reception Duties: Greeting guests, managing front desk operations, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
  3. Clerical Skills: Performing administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and other office duties

Necessary Skills and Qualifications
  • ID software knowledge and experience is mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or customer-facing role is highly valued
