We are hiring a telecalling executive with 1-3 years' experience for CoFee, our in-house SaaS product that streamlines fee collection for enterprises, making financial management easier.
Key responsibilities include making outbound calls to potential customers, following up on leads generated via campaigns or web inquiries, fixing appointments and scheduling product demos for the sales team, maintaining accurate records of calls, leads, and customer responses in CRM tools, sharing product information, and resolving basic queries related to features and benefits.
