Job Description:

We are seeking a proactive professional to drive outreach, lead qualification, and discovery call scheduling.

  • Build targeted lists via data analysis and other sources
  • Research ideal accounts and decision-makers
  • Reward top-performing regions with special incentives
  • Qualify prospects using frameworks
  • Initiate conversations and build interest in the product
  • Effectively position the product in short interactions
  • Handover qualified leads to sales team with full context
  • Create templates and outreach flows
  • Support marketing team with pre-sales collateral
  • Capture learnings and continuously improve messaging & targeting
  • Respond to inbound leads (website, referrals, etc.)
  • Assess intent quickly and initiate the qualification process


Requirements:
  • 1–3 years of experience in B2B research, pre-sales, or sales
  • Enjoy finding and talking to new people every day
  • Write clear and convincing messages
  • Thrive in execution-heavy roles with daily targets
  • Be curious about industrial ecosystems
  • Be comfortable using AI tools for better outreach
